A dual pathway — neurophysiological and mechanical
EquiSounds acts simultaneously through two complementary routes.
Neurophysiological pathway

Validated in humans, rigorously adapted for the horse
A clinical study by the University of Lausanne (UNIL Institute of Sport Sciences), Swiss Olympic Medical Center and AudioVitality — published in Frontiers in Sports and Active Living, 2025 — demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in heart-rate-variability biomarkers in active athletes. EquiSounds adapts these principles to equine physiology, documented in a scientific reference paper (AudioEquis — Rubesa, 2026) and monitored across active pilot installations in Switzerland and Spain.
